Unlike many other web sites that have special rules and lots of fine print, Vape Crypto CBD has a transparent and clear shipping policy for all orders placed on our website, without any special exceptions.
We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time promised by us in our website.
Shipping rates are flat based on speed of delivery desired and contents.
|Each order may be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.|
|We make our best efforts to ship each item in your order within 1-2 working days of the order. However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 3 working days,|
|We ship on all week days (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays. While not guaranteed we try to also ship on Saturdays whenever possible.|
|All domestic orders $50 or over ship free of charge when the free shipping option is selected. All free shipping will be for the lowest price class of service available for the package. This usually means USPS First Class. For International Orders we strongly suggest that USPS Priority Mail International or USPS Priority Mail Express International is selected. USPS First Class International is not guaranteed to track through out the entire delivery and is much more likely to be affected by delays in customs. By contrast most Priority Mail shipments overseas take an average of only 6 – 9 Business Days.|
|For International Orders the customer is responsible for any customs fees the shipment may incur as well as ensuring it is legal to import vape products into your country. Vape Crypto CBD will not be held responsible for any products seized at customs nor will returned items be re-shipped without additional postage charges paid by the customer for items returned by your home country.|
You will receive a customized tracking page as soon as your order ships. From this page you can easily see the package progress as well as an itemized list of your order contents.
If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call 908.255.7578 mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest possible time.
We have a great track record as far as orders making it to the recipient on time but delays and occasionally lost packages do occur. In the case of a lost package we will assist in starting an investigation/insurance claim with the shipping service and all money received for the claim will be sent to the customer. It is the customers responsibility to determine if insurance on packages is sufficient and you have the right to purchase additional insurance on any order. Any amounts above the receipts from shipping insurance claims are responsibility of the customer.
